3rd Annual Soirée - Virtual Edition
Thursday, November 12 | 6:30PM - 8PM
We're not letting 2020 ruin our biggest community event and fundraiser of the year! We've worked long and hard to bring you all your favorite parts of our annual soirée to your home. Dress to the nine, pick up some discounted food and beverages, and settle in for an evening of breakout sessions from athletes and experts, live music, newly produced BCC videos, community networking, and awards. Not to mention our Neptune Giveaway last call and announcement, and massive silent auction with ~100 items to bid on.
Thanks to a very generous donor, we’re also excited to announce that any donation you make to our event page will be matched dollar for dollar up to $10,000!
Grab your tickets now and start making plans for a night in, or if the weather's nice, organize a socially-distant backyard gathering with fellow friends and climbers. After a long and difficult year, let's bring together our community of climbers and have some fun in the name of stewardship.
Speakers
Tune in for discussions from local crushers and experts such as Nina Williams, Paige Claassen, Marisa Michael, Kyle Richardson, Steve “Crusher” Bartlett, + more! Topics will include bolting history in Boulder, speed records and scrambling in the Flatirons, new routes on the Diamond, nutrition tips for fueling right and sending hard, + more!
You’ll get to choose one breakout session to watch during the event, and all others will be recorded if you’d like to watch them post-event. Sessions are live for first-come-first-serve registration NOW! Go grab your spot today.
Food and Alcohol Pick-Up
Our good friends at Pica’s Taqueria, Avery Brewing, Wood’s High Mountain Distillery, and Underwood Wine are sponsoring the event with pick-up available at Pica’s Taqueria in Boulder and Louisville. All General Admission ticket buyers get a 20% discount on all Pica’s food the night of the event, and beverage add-ons include:
Six packs of Avery specialty brews including their Night Warden Whiskey Barrel-Aged Stout, Maharaja IPA, and Pomona Barrel-Aged Tart Ale
A specialty premade cocktail from Wood’s High Mountain Distillery. “The Stone Monkey” is an irreverent take on a classic that will satisfy your inner dirtbag. Wood's High Mountain Distillery Treeline Barrel Rested Gin with passionfruit, ginger, lemon, house made vanilla and cinnamon bitters in a bottle that was filled with alder-wood smoke before being filled. Pour it over ice and top with a splash of soda-water. Makes 3-4 cocktails.
Underwood Wine by the can. Your choice between Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.
Beverage options are limited and available now as an add-on to your free or GA ticket. Grab your drinks below and plan for a night in! All drink proceeds support the BCC.
Silent Auction
Our silent auction is now LIVE! We have over 100 items to bid on with some more surprises being added leading up to the event. Bids will be accepted until 7PM the night of the event. You don’t need a ticket to bid, though we would certainly love to see you there!
